Led by owners Steven Kennedy and Chef Ricardo Romo

Tuscan Cove is a partnership between Steven Kennedy of All In Hospitality and Executive Chef Ricardo Romo, the veteran Las Vegas chef behind Roma Kitchen and Chef's Roma Kitchen. Steven runs the room, the bar program, and day-to-day hospitality. Chef Romo leads the kitchen. The focus is simple: take care of regulars, keep the food and drinks consistent, and make the patio feel like the neighborhood spot guests want it to be.
